Important Notice:

On July 22, 2008, Iowa Governor Chet Culver extended the duration of the disaster proclamations period to August 22, 2008. This means that all emergency proclamations waiving statutes or administrative rules, pursuant to 29C.6(6), will remain in effect until August 22. The administrative waiver issued by the Iowa Department of Transportation remains in effective through July 30, 2008.
