Iowa 13 closed in Manchester CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – The Iowa Department of Transportation's District 6 Office is reporting the closure of Iowa 13 in Manchester due to flood water over the roadway. raffic is being detoured off Iowa 13 using local roads. The closure is expected to be in place for up to 24 hours. # |
