I-80 lanes to be restricted until the end of May in Cass County

CRESTON, Iowa – The Iowa Department of Transportation's Creston construction office has approved an additional two weeks for the contractor to complete work now underway on Interstate 80 from exit 57 (Cass County Road N-16) to exit 64 (Cass County Road N-28).

The right lane in each direction of I-80 is closed for repairs. The project is now expected to last until the end of May, weather permitting.

Use caution when driving in a work zone. Obey posted speed limits, always use seat belts and leave adequate room between your vehicle and the vehicle in front of you.
